Given that he passed away in 2010 he must be doing so beyond the veil. :)Actually this is a big problem in that contracts of that era had no provisions for electronic media. (this makes it difficult to handle situations with living authors). This is coupled with our insane copyright durations ensures that many mid-century works will vanish as a result.
